Fuji Dream Airlines – Choose the color of airplane to fly with next
Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA), based in Shizuoka Prefecture, FDA aircrafts are easily recognized by the distinctive vibrant and colorful narrow-body aircraft, has began asking the public to poll and choose the color for its forth aircraft, currently with no known delivery date. The campaign named “Next Color”, kicked off on Jun 1 will last till the end of this month, is conducted on the airline’s website. Participants are asked to pick a color out of the available 5 colors that they hope to fly with next. Every participation stands a chance to win the grand price of free return air tickets and consolation prices of the airline’s original giveaways, to be pick in a lucky draw.
The airlines wishes to send a strong message that by having all its aircrafts wearing different colors, it helps bring colors and liveliness to an airport. Fuji Dream Airlines currently operates on an all Brazilian-made fleet of 2 Embraer 170 jet, colored in red (JA01FJ) and in blue (JA02FJ), and a newly delivered Embraer 175 jet (JA03FJ) dressed in striking pink color.
Fuji Dream Airlines operations include three daily flights to Fukuoka, twice daily flights to Komatsu and one daily flight each to Kumamoto, Kagoshima and Sapporo.
